Christina Ramirez - Escrow Manager/Officer

A career in real estate was always in the cards for Christina Ramirez who currently serves as Escrow Officer and Manager. From a young age, she was interested in the entire home buying/selling process—everything from marketing to financing and beyond. Today, she is a licensed agent and notary. And for the past 20 years, Christina has been doing her part to facilitate successful transactions as an escrow professional. Christina was born in Santa Monica and raised in Sylmar, California. She loved growing up in Sylmar for its peaceful atmosphere, ranch style homes and friendly neighbors on horseback. Christina studied at Cal State Northridge. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Kathy Garcia - Assistant to Escrow Officer

Kathy Garcia draws on a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience working as Assistant to the Escrow Officer. Her first job after High School graduation was as a receptionist for an escrow company in Northridge. She quickly discovered her aptitude for the work. And after managing the desk for just two weeks, she advanced to Escrow Assistant and worked her way up to Escrow Officer. Since that time, Kathy has never looked back, continuing to build a successful career in this industry—all while weathering housing market fluctuations and industry changes throughout the years. Kathy was born in Northridge, California. She currently lives in Sylmar where she says neighbors are friendly and still look out for each other. Kathy passed her love (and talent) for real estate on to her four daughters who are also quite successful in the industry. When she’s not helping to turn real estate dreams to reality, Kathy loves staying involved in her grandchildren’s activities. She recently became a great grandmother, too—something she is incredibly proud of!

Vianney Rueda - Assistant to Escrow Officer

Riding the roller-coaster that is real estate is all in a day’s work for Vianney Rueda. As Escrow Assistant, she knows first-hand what goes to facilitating a successful transaction and does her part every day to make them happen for families, businesses and investors . Vianney grew up in the family-oriented suburbs of Sylmar, California. Her family tree is filled with real estate professionals, including mom, dad, aunts, uncles and cousins. So, it was almost destined that Vianney would follow the same path with great success. Admittedly, the entire transaction process can be stressful, especially for first-timers and those with special financing circumstances. But Vianney’s dedication, hard work and overall knowledge help contribute to customer satisfaction and successful closings every day. When she’s not working, she loves to destress by cooking up something delicious.
